Yoga classes to refresh your body and mind on a Monday evening.

Join me for a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. 

A fun and creative session where we will be flowing through a sequence of yoga postures to benefit both the body and mind. Connecting movement with breath, this class will encourage a sense of relaxation whilst also building upon your own strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Through exploring both elements of power and restoration this class aims to leave you feeling refreshed, rested, and ready to embrace the rest of the week.  

Just bring yourself, some water and let’s flow.

Annabel is a great teacher who's very patient and gives plenty of guidance on how to move through the session successfully. She's very welcoming and the session was inclusive for everyone regardless of whether it was their first session or 100th session - there's something for everyone. 
If you're looking to get into yoga or want to try different forms, I couldn't recommend the sessions more highly!"
